Terms and Conditions for Export Transactions

Below are the official Terms and Conditions Tarini Tara Exports follows for all international export operations. These export policy terms apply to shipments of Premium Indian Basmati Rice (Grade: A and Grade: A+), Non-Basmati Rice, Indian Refined Sugar, and Sugar Cubes.

➤ Quality Assurance and Inspection:

We ensure that all our products—Premium Indian Basmati Rice, Non-Basmati Rice, and Sugar products—are packed and shipped as per international export-standard compliance with strict quality checks and hygienic packing. All our products are inspected and graded by an international inspection agency (*as per buyer’s preferred agency) before dispatch to ensure the agreed quality and specifications.

Any additional quality certificates or lab tests must be requested in advance and will be charged accordingly.

➤ Price:

Prices are available as per FOB/CNF/CIF basis.

➤ Order Confirmation:

▪ All export orders must be confirmed in written form by both Tarini Tara Exports and the buyer.
▪ A signed Letter of Intent (LOI) or Purchase Order (PO) is required to initiate processing.
▪ Any changes to product specifications, packing, or quantity must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

➤ Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be on the basis of written mutual agreement between TARINI TARA EXPORTS and the Buyer.
